Face aux fenêtres, un second espace salon plus intime invite à la détente, aux jeux des enfants ou au café matinal, prolongé par des banquettes et des rangements sur mesure en chêne clair et laiton qui prolongent subtilement la cuisine.

The living room was redesigned to accommodate family life while offering distinct atmospheres. A cozy TV lounge, equipped with a large family sofa, a pellet stove, and a custom-designed audio system, is defined by textured burgundy wallpaper, creating a warm and inviting cocoon. Facing the windows, a second, more intimate lounge invites relaxation, morning coffee, or children’s play, extended by custom-built benches and oak-and-brass storage that subtly connect it to the kitchen.

La cuisine existante, en excellent état, a été sublimée par des façades bleu orage, relevées de touches bordeaux et terracotta sur les accessoires et les assises. Le grand îlot central en marbre, prolongé par la table à dîner, crée un espace fluide et convivial. La crédence en zellige beige et les rangements sur mesure ajoutent élégance et praticité, tandis que chaque détail est pensé pour allier esthétique et confort au quotidien.

The existing kitchen, in excellent condition, was enhanced with storm-blue cabinetry, accented with burgundy and terracotta tones in accessories and seating. The large marble central island, extended by the dining table, creates a fluid and convivial space. The beige zellige backsplash and custom storage add elegance and practicality, while every detail was designed to combine aesthetics and everyday comfort.

Dès l’entrée, l’escalier en marbre et laiton s’impose comme une pièce maîtresse. Nous l’avons mis en valeur avec des papiers peints texturés et un jeu de miroirs, et enveloppé l’espace dans des teintes terracotta, créant une transition douce et accueillante avant d’entrer dans les pièces de vie. Le choix des luminaires, repris subtilement dans tout le projet, assure une continuité élégante et harmonieuse.

From the entrance, the marble and brass staircase immediately asserts itself as a centerpiece. We highlighted it with textured wallpapers and a play of mirrors, and enveloped the space in terracotta tones, creating a soft and inviting transition before entering the main living areas. The choice of lighting, subtly repeated throughout the project, ensures an elegant and harmonious continuity.

À l’étage, la chambre parentale se distingue par sa sobriété élégante : tête de lit sur mesure en laiton, verre et chêne clair, luminaires intégrés et liseuses, offrant un espace intime et raffiné, propice à la détente. Les chambres des enfants racontent chacune une histoire singulière : l’une, en laiton rose, combine estrade, rangements et bureau évolutif pour accompagner la croissance, tandis que l’autre, dans des nuances de bleu, mêle module sur mesure, lit en hauteur, rangements astucieux et bureau, sublimé par un papier peint bleu nuit étoilé et des touches de jaune rappelant l’univers astral.

Upstairs, the master bedroom exudes understated elegance: a bespoke headboard in brass, glass, and light oak, integrated lighting, and reading lamps create an intimate and refined retreat. The children’s rooms each tell a unique story: one in rose-gold brass, combining a platform, storage, and an evolving desk to grow with the child; the other in shades of blue features a modular unit with a loft bed, clever storage, and a desk, enhanced by starry navy wallpaper and touches of yellow evoking a celestial universe.
